Melcrum - comments about the course
When we launched the Black Belt Program in 2006 in the UK, we had one goal in mind: help communicators close the gap from being “doers” to becoming strategic assets to their organisations.
Today, 800 communicators worldwide have been through the program including;
Katharina Auer, Head of Global Internal and Management Communications, Shell
“Black Belt is essential training for anyone working in employee communications. And it’s a requirement for the
members of my team. I know that when my staff complete the course, they leave as strategic thinkers, not just
good implementers. This means they are focused on business outcomes and can better serve our business
partners.”
Victoria Civils-Wood, Pfizer Australia
“A ‘must do’ for any internal communication practitioner who is serious about having a voice at the leadership table.”
Cindy Brown, Senior Corporate Affairs Advisor, CITIC Pacific Mining
“Fantastic! Practical advice, tools and exposure to what people are doing in different industries.”
Sharyn Brady, Internal Communications Coordinator, Sanitarium
“Quality training with really practical tools to equip and resource professional development - thank you!”
