Deadline extended for IABC scholarships to World Conference

Wednesday, February 1st, 2012

New Zealand IABC members have three chances to win a scholarship to go to IABC World Conference in Chicago from 24-27 June.

If you’ve never been to World Conference before and a complementary registration would make the difference for you to get to Chicago then you are eligible for an IABC HQ scholarship for a free registration, worth US$1,315. In one page tell us why you want to go to World Conference and how your attendance would benefit your chapter (please confirm that you haven’t been to World Conference before). The winner is expected to make a commitment to their chapter in a volunteer role which suits the needs of the chapter. Get your entry in to Victoria Dew (victoriadew@gmail.com), by 5pm, 11 April, 2012.

The Pacific region has two other scholarships ($1,500 each, funds can be used for registration or travel) for World Conference, open to any member, regardless of whether you have been to World Conference before. In one page tell us why you want to go to World Conference and how your attendance would benefit your chapter.
